How to use this tool
The Underline Method: Because browsers block transparent floating windows, use this solid ruler as an underline. Drag it via the black menu bar and place it directly beneath the sentence you are reading.
Scroll to Resize: Once launched, hover your mouse over the colored ruler and use your mouse wheel to instantly change its thickness.
Right-Click to Close: Right-click anywhere on the colored section of the floating ruler to dismiss it instantly.
